DocuMee Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of DocuMee (“Software” or “Service”), an AI-powered project documentation tool. By accessing, installing, or using DocuMee, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use DocuMee.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DocuMee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement, as well as U.S. federal and Texas privacy laws. You must be of legal age and authorized to use this Service on behalf of your organization.

This Agreement is governed by Texas state laws and applicable U.S. federal regulations. Disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.

15. Termination

DocuMee reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license ends immediately, though any remaining obligations under this Agreement survive.
